First Price Adjustment in 9 Years

Overall running costs and inflation have risen significantly over recent years. For the first time in 9 years, we are introducing a modest price adjustment:

• After-School Care: Starting in September, care will be £7.00 per hour (previously £6.50).

• Breakfast Club & Halstow Holiday Club: Small increase (see updated rates below and here).

• Robert Owen Holiday Club: Prices remain unchanged.

• Sibling Discount: Families will still receive a 10% discount applied to all siblings for contract and holiday club bookings where 2 or more children attend on the day.

Quality Assurance: Please be assured that our high standard of care remains completely unchanged.

Financial Support: We hold a number of free and subsidised places. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to Holly in confidence

We offer a collection service for children who attend extra curricular activities at Halstow School after the end of the school day. We collect children when their activity finishes and escort them to the club. Parents are charged for the time that your child is in our care.

The Holly Tree Club is signed up with the Government’s tax-free childcare scheme and with all childcare voucher providers. Ofsted number EY492456. Childcare provider ID numbers: Edenred P20861163, Sodexo: 833495, Care4: 03915331.

The price per session per child applies to all children. This is payable for all booked sessions including when your child is sick or on holiday (regardless of the amount of notice given).
