A New Booking System for the New School Year!

This is the homepage, so you may wish to save it as a bookmark. 

Then, when you want to book a space for your child at breakfast, after school, or holiday club, you log in to the system and select what you would like. 

Please be aware that ‘Contracts’ is regular childcare booked in advance and there will always be a space available for your child.  ‘Bookings’ means Ad Hoc Bookings which you can also book on the system, these are subject to availability.

Three points to note:

1) I recommend creating your account using a computer (rather than your phone) and adding your children before making any bookings, just for this one time occasion.  The system automatically updates so you won’t have to do it again! 

2) When inputting your child’s year group, please input the year group they will be entering on Thursday 3 September (IGNORE the text which says to input ‘the child’s current year group or the year group they just finished if they’re in the summer holidays’)

3) If you would like us to collect your child following an extracurricular club eg. drama, robotics, please make your selection then write which club we should collect from in the ‘Notes’ box

Of course we remain very flexible and entirely focused on your needs and desires for excellent and reliable childcare at all times.  If you would prefer to continue making bookings through me – either by text, WhatsApp or email, that is perfectly fine, please just make an account with Kids Club HQ first so I can enter it on the system for you.

Admission

Our Club aims to be accessible to all children who attend Halstow School. Admission to the club is organised by the Manager and we use a waiting list system when the need arises. The waiting list is operated on a first come-first served basis, with the exception of siblings who will have priority for the same days as a sibling already attending. We require a completed set of registration forms for your child before they can attend the club. This information will be treated as confidential and will be stored appropriately. Please do this by creating an account with Kids Club HQ as above.

We understand that parents may need ad hoc childcare because of late running meetings, business trips, hospital appointments, jury service and so on. Please book at Kids Club HQ or (after 2pm on the day you require care) text/call/WhatsApp Holly on 07908 565876 on the day that you require childcare and, subject to space and adult:child ratios, we will do our best to help you.

We aim to be as flexible as possible because we understand that parents have differing requirements. Should your needs and desires differ to our standard offering, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate them.
